We bring in a drone where it adds value: tall or complex facades, roofs and parapets that are hard or unsafe to reach, and large sites where an overview speeds up the assessment. Everything else is inspected the standard way.
High-resolution facade and roof imagery, defect mapping (cracking, staining, spalling, failed sealants and flashings), close-ups of problem areas, a marked-up photo report and repeat flights if you need to track change over time.

A drone survey locates visible defects. It does not replace hands-on testing. Where closer investigation is needed, we recommend targeted hands-on testing and sampling.
